Returns & Exchanges

At The New Originals, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
